At Her Wig Life, each wig is carefully inspected, documented, and packaged prior to shipment. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we maintain a strict return and dispute policy.

Klarna Purchases — Special Return Policy

Orders paid using Klarna are subject to our Klarna Purchase Policy.

This section applies only to orders paid using Klarna.

Customers have the right to return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Klarna Return Eligibility

Returned items must be:

• Unopened

• Unused and unworn

• Lace uncut

• In original packaging and condition

Items showing wear, styling, alteration, odor, or damage will not qualify.

Free Return Shipping (Klarna Only)

Approved Klarna returns receive a prepaid return label at no cost.  Restocking Fees does not apply to purchases made using Klarna.

Klarna Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the item is received and inspected.

Refunds are issued through Klarna according to Klarna’s payment terms.

Return Request Window

Customers must notify Her Wig Life within 2 calendar day of confirmed delivery if they wish to request a return. Requests submitted after this period will not be approved under any circumstances.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the wig must be:

• Unused, unworn, unaltered, and a premade or ready to ship wig, not a custom unit.

• Free of odors, makeup, styling products, or damage

• Lace must be uncut and intact

• Returned in original packaging

Her Wig Life reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping, Fees & Timeline

• If Her Wig Life is not at fault, the customer is responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs

  • A 15% restocking fee

• All approved returns must be shipped with signature confirmation required.

• A return shipping label will be emailed to the customer once the return is approved.

• The wig must be shipped back within 5 calendar day of the customer receiving the return label. Failure to ship within this timeframe will void the return.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued only after the returned wig is received and inspected.

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original form of payment minus the return shipping cost and the 15% restocking fee.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee Explanation

A 15% restocking fee is applied to approved returns when Her Wig Life is not at fault. This fee covers the labor, time, and professional services required to restore each wig to resale condition.

Returned wigs must undergo a full sanitation and reconditioning process, which includes:

• Shampooing and deep conditioning the hair

• Sanitizing the unit for hygiene and safety standards

• Restyling and resetting the wig to its original presentation

• Quality inspection to ensure the wig meets Her Wig Life’s resale standards

Due to the intimate nature of wigs and hair products, this process is necessary even if the wig appears unused.

The restocking fee ensures that all wigs sold by Her Wig Life meet the same premium, hygienic, and quality standards our customers expect.

Custom Wigs

• Custom wigs are non-refundable and non-returnable because they are made with your exact measurements. 

IT IS THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO SELECT THE RIGHT SIZE FROM OUR READY-TO-SHIP WIGS AND PROVIDE ACCURATE MEASUREMENTS FOR CUSTOM WIGS.
