All in-stock Pre made orders will ship within 1 business days after payment. That doesn't include weekends or holidays.

 Custom Wigs will ship within 14 business days. Shipping times will be noted in Description.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

Her Wig Life isn’t responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please make sure that you have the correct mailing address on your order to ensure that your package arrives at the correct address. Once the package has been shipped Her Wig Life is no longer responsible. Please contact UPS, USPS, or FEDEX,  if your package is lost or stolen.
